Known as Jack, Joxer or Chissler, Jack Arogho won 16 caps for Ireland on the left wing for Ireland. Jack scored five tries for Ireland in his first three appearances in the green jersey. On two occasions in 1931, Lansdowne supplied the entire Irish three-quarter line (Jack Arigho, Eugene Davy, Morgan Crowe and Ned Lightfoot), one of only three clubs ever to have done so at international level world-wide. Jack went on to captain Lansdowne in 1935/36
