Youth

As one of Ireland's oldest and most revered Rugby clubs we strongly believe in developing the future of Ireland's rugby stars in our Mini and Youth section. Lansdowne Minis and youths cater for boys and girls from age 5 to 18, with the emphasis on fun, participation and teamwork.

Teams develop the skills and ethos of rugby under the watchful eye our coaches who are selected from the cohorts of parent members with a love and passion for rugby.

Over the years many great friendships have evolved between both parents and children through their involvement in Lansdowne mini rugby. Regular matches, blitzes, social occasions and foreign tours have formed a part of the great Lansdowne Mini rugby experience.

We train at 10.30am Sunday mornings at the CUS School Bird Avenue in Clonskeagh, while the back pitch in Lansdowne (our spiritual home) is being developed for the new stadium.

Our new 2009/10 season commences on Sunday 6th September at Bird Avenue with registration, new members are more than welcome please contact minirugby@lansdownerugby.com for more information.
