It is with deep regret that we record the sudden death of Mr. John-Roche Kelly, President of Wanderers FC who passed away on 7th December 2018. John recently joined us along with the other clubs in marking the centenary of the Armistice on 7th November in the Clubhouse and this will be our last memory of him. A minute’s silence was held on Saturday before the All Ireland League fixture between Lansdowne and UCC as a mark of respect by both clubs.
Lansdowne Football club extends its sympathies to John’s wife Ann and his entire family, friends, fellow officers and members of Wanderers Football Club.
