Last Saturday, 13th of April, 220 members and friends gathered in The Zurich Room to celebrate all things Lansdowne. Mano Ryan took the helm as MC introducing President Kieran Mulligan who gave a toast to the President of Ireland. After starters, Club Captain Eamonn Mills rose a glass to the IRFU followed by IRFU President Ian McIlrath who responded.

Following dinner, Graham ‘Beamer’ Quinn gave a toast to our guests. Our guest speaker, the legendary Keith Wood took the stage and did a Q&A facilitated by Dave McIntyre of Newstalk.

It was, as always, a wonderful occasion with players, members and guests all together. Some notable tables included the 10 reunion of the team that won the Moran Cup, the 20 year reunion of the Albert O’Connell team and the reunion of the U-20’s team that won the Leinster and All-Ireland in 98/99 – the first team in the club to win an All-Ireland!
