Forgive the tardiness of this e mail, it should have been sent weeks ago.
The level of service, attention and genuine friendliness extended to both myself, other Zurich staff and all our guests over all three games was outstanding. It started from the moment we walked in the door to be greeted by Elayne who always extended a great and genuine welcome right through to yourself, the barmen, president, senior members in fact everyone we came across. Everyone from myself to our guests all felt special and friends of Lansdowne.
I think it’s important that we recognise and acknowledge this so please pass on my sincere thanks to everyone involved, not just from me but also from Declan and my other colleagues who hosted on the various days.
