What a Day that was.

A very special celebration of Lansdowne Football Club’s 150th Anniversary.

We played the Under 6, 7 & 8’s on the main pitch in the Aviva Stadium, followed with a round robin blitz featuring all of our neighbouring clubs – Wanderers, Old Wesley, Old Belvedere and Bective.

Special thanks to Dan Sheehan and Santa for coming along to give out the Chocolate Santas. A superb effort from all the boys, the coaches and everyone involved. Special thanks to the Irish Rugby Football Union for making it happen, especially given the fluid nature of the events leading up to Ulsters match at 5:30pm after the blitz.
