Congratulations to our head coach and players who picked up a total of four awards at this year’s Ulster Bank League Awards.

In a season that saw the Senior 1st XV lift an unparalleled four cups it was somewhat fitting that we should also lift four awards at the ceremony that recognises the coaching and player achievements throughout the season.

Take a bow:

Mike Ruddock – crowned the Division 1A Coach of the Year having led his team to the title, winning 18 of 20 games.
