President Stephen Rooney sat down and spoke to ClubZap in advance of the Rugby World Cup kick off this week.

Stephen spoke about the club internationals who will be featuring in this competition; names such as Dan Sheehan, Ronan Kelleher, Tadhg Beirne, James Ryan, who all played with Lansdowne as Minis & Youths or  represented the club at the AIL, and are now proudly representing the on the world stage.

‘As Stephen says, the club is there “to help players achieve their potential. If we can just help them along their rugby journey and make them better rugby players, then that’s what really gives us the satisfaction.”’
