On Saturday Olivier Padioleau’s Under 10s travelled en masse to Cork Constitution’s home at Temple HIll in Cork City in support of the First XV attempt to claim the Ulster Bank Bateman Cup.  The boys had a fabulous trip and what an occassion to follow the Firsts.  Mike Ruddock’s men as we all know made Cup history by winning the Bateman in true Lansdowne style scoring five tries and winning 32-12.  It was glorious champagne rugby conditions and Olivier’s boys were truely blessed by being present on such an auspicious occassion.  The celebration with the senior players was the icing on the cake for them.
