Last Friday President Colin Goode, on behalf of the wider membership, was delighted to present the proceeds from a number of charitable initiatives, carried out in recent months, to the worthy recipients.

Following the ‘Climb for Ingo’ fundraiser on April 2nd, we were pleased to be able to donate €20586.60 to Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association in memory of Paul ‘Ingo’ Inglis. Pictured are President Colin Goode, Norman Hughes, board member of IMNDA and Climb for Ingo organisers Mark Forrest, John Lombard.

The Lansdowne Business Lunch raised €9k through their raffle and divided this between Goal – Ukraine Appeal and a local charity Ringsend District Response to Drugs. Mary Doolin, the manager of RDRD and Alan Vard, Senior Development Manager – Goal came into the clubhouse for a cheque presentation.

And finally later that afternoon, the Ladies Lunch raised over €10k for St. Anne’s Special National School in The Curragh, Co. Kildare. Pictured below is school principal Pauline Dempsey telling the guests about the amazing work they do.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our Members, Sponsors and Friends who contributed to all these great causes!
