The 2022-23 Lansdowne Ladies lunch was one for the books. As the Lansdowne ladies showed out in full force to enjoy an afternoon at HQ with good fun, mouth watering food and karaoke (!), the ladies also helped raise money for some great charities – the Ringsend and Irishtown Community Centre and Lansdowne Minis & Youths.

The recently opened Ringsend and Irishtown community centre provides this inclusive, inviting facility with a beautiful tranquillity room and a sensory garden which officially opened in February 2023, for local families, youths, older people and those living with Dementia and special needs in the community. More than 100,000 people use the services of the RICC every year and with the funds raised from the lunch, RICC hope to enhance the space and implement courses for service users.

The money raised was presented by Aileen Dawson and past president Mick Dawson at the sensory garden in the community centre.
