A great day in Castle Avenue on Sunday 25th February which saw our Under 16 squad take on a very strong Clontarf in the Leinster League Premier final.

There were no finger nails left after the game for the watching parents, coaches and the vocal Lansdowne fans but Lansdowne came on top after a fierce battle of wills and an epic showdown.

Full time score Clontarf 21 – 29 Lansdowne.

A hearty congratulations to the boys and a big thank you to our hosts Clontarf Rugby for providing the venue and for a great game of rugby.

Also special thanks to Leinster Co-ordinator Seamus McSamhradain for organising the competition, and to all referees and officials.
