Ashleen ‘Tash’ Mulligan, wife of Lansdowne President Kieran Mulligan and loving mother of James, Jemima, Hugo and Natasha sadly passed away last Saturday.

Alongside Kieran, Tash was involved with Lansdowne for over 20 years, and her contribution to club life both socially and practically cannot go unrecognised. Tash spent many years on the sidelines, during Kieran’s playing career and James and Hugo’s continued progression up through mini & youth rugby. In recent years, Natasha has become one of the first members of the Lansdowne Girls Tag team.

Tash was responsible for the interiors of the clubhouse when it was rebuilt and then again this past summer, even as she bravely fought her illness, she oversaw and orchestrated the most recent refurbishment. The pride we have in our clubhouse facilities can be solely attributed to her talent.

Her support of Kieran in his time on the Executive and most recently his presidency was unwavering.

Her warmth, kindness, good humour and smile will be sorely missed in Lansdowne.

May She Rest in Peace.

A minute’s silence observed before the 1st XV v Young Munster game.
